🪘From the moment we are born, a force accompanies us: the pulse of our heart. That first beat is the music of life itself, an invisible bridge that connects us to the heart of the Earth — our
Gaia.
🪘In the chaos of the modern world, we often lose that natural rhythm that keeps us grounded.
But in many ancestral cultures — in Africa, Asia, and Indigenous communities — that sacred
pulse remains alive. They continue to walk in harmony with Mother Earth. Now, you too can remember.
🪘This workshop invites you to rediscover your inner rhythm through the drum — an ancient
tool for connection, healing, and expression. We’ll mainly explore the West African djembe,
while also welcoming other intuitive percussion instruments.
🪘Over two days, we’ll dive into the magic of global rhythms, unlocking their ability to unify
body, mind, and spirit. No previous experience needed — just an open heart and a willingness
to feel.
