Somatic Breathwork

✨ Sound Bath & Somatic Breathwork at Solasta ✨

Held the first and second Thursday of each month, join us at 6:00 PM for a 45-minute gentle breathwork class to unwind at the end of the day.

Comfort Tips:
- Bring a yoga mat for your comfort
- You’re welcome to bring a pillow and blanket.
- Meditation cushions, yoga mats, and throw blankets are also available for purchase at the boutique.
- Chairs are provided for those who prefer seated participation.

Investment: $10 per person, per session

*It is recommended to arrive 10-15 min early to get settled.
