Join us at The Emerson Official on December 19 from 6:30 - 8 PM for a nourishing evening of yoga to restore our vitality during the holiday hustle-n-bustle.
Celebrate the magic of the Solstice through gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and mindful reflection. We will share a cup of ceremonial cacao, set intentions, and tap into our core self in a yoga flow to connect with this Season.
Feel free to wear something cozy, or Christmas/Holiday/Solstice themed to get extra-into the spirit.
Bring your own mat, props, water and anything else you like to have for practice.
*Mats are available to those who need one!
