Christmas Lessons and Carols

Each year the Alden Street Foundation hosts an event of traditional Christmas readings, carols, and a Children's Christmas Pageant called "Lessons and Carols." This event is free and open to everyone, including children of all ages. [Children, who attend the event, are welcome to join the pageant.] Light refreshments are served after the program ends.

The creation of the Alden Street Foundation was inspired by the spirit of the former St. Andrew the Apostle R.C. Parish on Alden Street in Syracuse. Many congregants from St. Andrews joined the congregation at St. Lucy's. While this event is not sponsored by St. Lucy's, it is one that folks frequently attend.
