CHAIR YOGA with Autumn

Chair yoga is an accessible way to explore yoga as a beginner, as someone with limited mobility, or for those looking for a way to practice at their desk!
Join us at the Rich Harvest Winery for this Chair Yoga class that can be enjoyed by anyone seeking to enhance their overall wellbeing.
First timers, women, men, seniors, youngers are all welcome!
This gentle form of yoga utilizes a chair for support in seated and standing postures. This practice is a suitable for all! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Chairs will be provided.
Your $15 includes the class, a glass of wine, and a snack.
