Action Plan for Educator Preparation Programs

In this webinar, faculty and leaders from Educator Preparation Programs (EPPs) will explore practical tools and strategies for developing a clear program vision and intentionally mapping coursework and syllabi to support it.

Expert facilitators, Dr. Doreen Mazzye and Dr. Cara McDermott-Fasy, will introduce tools to guide program-wide conversations and share concrete examples from the field.

Participants will also examine common challenges—such as building shared knowledge, reaching faculty consensus, and strengthening connections with school partners—and learn practical approaches for fostering greater coherence across programs.

Time will be reserved for a meet and greet with TRL’s EPP Specialists, with time reserved for questions about The Reading League’s Educator Preparation Program Partnerships.
