Tai Chi (Advanced) - Tuesdays

Strengthen muscles and prevent falls with better balance. This 30 mins is for the experienced Tai Chi participant to enhance their Tai Chi movements. $5/person. A current participant form must be on file. Instructor: Dianne Jagielski, Certified Instructor. Location: Great Room. Age 55+. Must have a current participant form on file.
