We’ll begin with 45 minutes of active restorative yoga (slow gentle flow), guided through grounding movement and deep relaxation, accompanied by our studio’s signature scent for the day, a gentle blend of lavender and peppermint. This calming aroma helps clear the mind, ease tension, and invite stillness throughout your practice.
After yoga, we’ll move into a hands-on essential oil blending session, where you’ll learn the basics of creating your own aromatherapy products. You’ll craft a custom essential-oil roller and a room spray to take home — personalized to your unique mood or intention.
