Back To School Donation Drive

Join Transitions Healthcare Oakland Manor as we prepare to send the kiddos back to school! Our residents are hosting a "Back To School" Donation Drive and we need your help.

BACKPACKS NEEDED FOR ALL GRADE LEVELS!

Kindergarten through 5th Grade
• Pencil Boxes
• Crayons
• Colored Pencils
• Washable Markers
• No. 2 Pencils
• Pencil Sharpeners
• Ballpoint Pens
• Erasers
• Glue Sticks
• Rules
• Blunt-tipped Scissors
• Assorted Color Construction Paper
• Plastic Folders
• Wide-Ruled Notebooks
• Tissues
• Lunchbox or Bag

Extra Supplies for 4th and 5th Grades
• Highlighters
• Three-Ring Binders
• Three Hole Punches
• Loose-leaf Paper or Spiral Notebooks
• Graph Paper
• Subject Dividers
• Index Cards
• Calculators

Donation Collection
Our residents will lovingly assemble each backpack with supplies and distribute to students on Saturday, August 30th at 2:00 p.m. Any leftover backpacks will be donated to a local elementary school.
