This event is designed to equip students with practical knowledge and strategies that will set them apart in their careers. The evening will commence with a panel discussion featuring recent analysts and experienced Morgan Stanley professionals, who will share their recruitment experiences and insights on succeeding in high-performance environments. Panellists will explore themes such as effective communication, personal branding, networking strategies, and navigating career progression within the financial services industry.
Following the panel, attendees will participate in a soft skills workshop led by Kim Luu, Head of Campus Recruitment at Morgan Stanley. Kim will provide a comprehensive walkthrough of the cover letter, CV, and interview processes, offering actionable strategies to strengthen applications and interview performance. Attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to ask recruitment process questions that are not typically addressed by other external sources.
