If you're looking for an enjoyable way to keep fit and love music and movement, try a Nia mindful movement class that will leave you feeling great in your body.
A Nia class is a non-judgmental, all ages, all fitness levels practice. The movements are designed to sustainably condition your body while encouraging the joy of movement to lift your spirit. It just feels good to move, to dance!
Each Nia class has easy-to-follow, fun movements to music, it's a welcoming community, it's great for mind and body integration, and learning to cultivate ease with your body, while feeling strength.
