Your retreat in the Northern Beaches runs from 10am - 3pm and INCLUDES:
• 2hr full body fireside unwind looking out over the water to leave you feeling massaged from head to toe
• delicious homemade vegetarian lunch
• afternoon walk to Clareville Beach for a beachside Yoga Nidra full body guided relaxation - if it’s too chilly we’ll stay at home for our Yoga Nidra relaxation
• 1hr seated and reclined practice to unwind any lingering tension so you go home feeling completely released!
