Always wanted to try a bootcamp? Barangaroo You Wellness Month is your chance. Start your Saturday with a free, high-energy HYROX-style workout set in picturesque Hickson Park. HYROX is a worldwide fitness competition that’s gaining great popularity; CrossFit fans and hybrid athletes love it. But no stress if you're not a gym junkie – all fitness levels are welcome, with modifications offered throughout.

This dynamic outdoor training session mixes running with functional exercises for a full body burn that’ll leave you buzzing. If you love a good group sweat, this is fitness that’s fast, functional and totally energising.

Every participant will also score a discount voucher* to redeem at participating retailers from The Streets of Barangaroo, perfect for a post-bootcamp brekkie or smoothie at one of the many excellent spots to eat and drink at Barangaroo.

No registration required, just turn up and join in! Make sure to bring your active wear, closed toe shoes, towel, yoga mat, and water to refuel.
