On Friday 9th January as a ONE-OFF special treat, I will be offering an extended 1.5 hours Floating Sound Bath session at Thamesdown Hydrotherapy Pool.
This session has been designed to provide an EVEN DEEPER continuous relaxation experience for you which will allow you EVEN MORE TIME TO REACH AND STAY AT THOSE DEEPEST OF MEDITATIVE STATES. The science is that the more time spent in the deepest relaxation states, the more powerful the physical and mental benefits you will experience from the session.
Combine this extra time with the fact that the water setting already amplifies the effects of the sound healing on your body it will be a powerful experience not to be missed!!

🌊 Held in the warm, 34 degrees heated hydrotherapy pool @ Thamesdown.
🎶 Live soothing sound healing instruments played, including frosted crystal quartz bowls, gentle chimes, twinkling bells, shimmering wind gong and other heavenly sounding instruments.
✨ No experience needed – just bring yourself and a swimsuit-
full body floats with attached pillow head rest are provided.
