Neurocircle is dedicated to caregivers, family members, and friends who support neurodivergent individuals.
In this session, we’ll focus on our own wellbeing, emotional resilience, and support needs, while connecting with others, sharing own experiences with those who understand the unique challenges and rewards of being a carer and emphasising the importance of small victories. The group will reflect on strategies for self-care, setting boundaries, and avoiding burnout whilst building a community of connection, understanding, and mutual support
We’re pleased to welcome guest speakers from 'Swindon Carers', who will share practical advice, local resources, and guidance on accessing support for carers of all ages.
