NRA Basic Muzzleloading Black Powder Course

South Texas Royal Rangers is pleased to announce we will be hosting an NRA Black Power Course to educate individuals on the safe and effective use of black powder firearms. Friday class will run 5 - 9 PM. Class will resume Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
