Welcome to Sunday Soundbath☀️ Come join us for a relaxing Soundbath experience at the Hope Wellness Center this Sunday! Let go of stress and tension as the sound vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes & gong wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. Arrive at least 10 minutes before at 4:50pm)the soundbath begins to get settled in, before doors close at 5pm. 🏵~Actual Bath Starts at 5:00 for 55minutes 🍵 Warm tea served right after☕️ at 6pm-6:15. 🧘🏻**What to bring: A mat or pillow to lie comfortably on, 💧a water vessel to drink before/after soundbath.🧘🏾‍♂️ 🧘🏼‍♀️**As a common courtesy to others,📵 please silence any electronic devices before the soundbath begins.🧘🏻‍♀️ This in person event is the perfect way to unwind and recharge for the week ahead. Come as you are and prepare to be transported to a state of deep relaxation and peace. We can't wait to see you there!
