Join me for this special evening where I will guide you through a journey of the chakras; balancing our energy centres to prepare us to move in to the next season. The evening will include yin postures; each one chosen to connect within each chakra, sound frequencies to awake the chakra vibrations and a beautiful yoga nidra journey ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜🤍 Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. It's gentle, slower & more meditative, giving you space to turn inward. Yoga nidra means “yogic sleep” and has many documented benefits for your body, mind, and spirit. It is when your body/mind is actually in deep sleep but with one big difference – you remain consciously aware. This is done by going through a series of techniques to systematically get physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally relaxed.
