This workshop provides practical sensory strategies for parent carers. You’re not alone! How our senses are impacted by the pressures we are all under every day.

About this event:

Suitable for ALL parent carers, this workshop will explore how we are all affected physically and from a sensory perspective by the pressures we face every day.
You’ll learn some simple tips and techniques to help you, and there will be plenty of opportunity for questions. We’ll also be offering a buffet so that you can chat with fellow parent carers.
