Crymlyn Burrows Site of Special Scientific Interest; meet at the Oracle
Swansea University, Swansea, United Kingdom
The dunes and marshes of Crymlyn Burrows are of national importance for their wildlife, but it takes work to keep them this way. Join us (nearly) every Wednesday afternoon from October to March as we make room for some of Britain's rarest plants. Typical jobs include cutting back invasive trees and shrubs, looking after the paths and carrying out litter picks.
All you need to bring is some enthusiasm, a smile, old clothes suitable for outdoor work in all weathers, a drink and a snack.
The session on the first Wednesday of each month is a beach clean.
Tickets for Crymlyn Burrows Conservation Taster Session can be booked here.
