We work with movements from pilates, yoga and strength training to strengthen the core and the whole body.
In these weekly classes, weโll explore and gently shift the compensation patterns your body has developed over timeโand build new, more supportive ones.
These classes are open to all genders, all bodies, and all levels of experience.

Iโve lived with chronic pain for over 20 years. RYCยฎ helped me feel strong and capable againโand now I help others do the same.
You donโt have to โpush throughโ or settle. You can start from where you are right now.
