50+ Wellbeing Trips

As part of CETMA Swansea's 50+ Support Project over Winter. As well as the indoor Warm Hub Support Groups, we will also be hosting various FREE trips, to multiple Historical/Nature locations throughout Swansea.

Which trips are happening when have yet to be finalised but planned destinations include:

- Plantasia
- Swansea Museum
- Dylan Thomas Centre
- Penllergare Valley Woods
- Gower Heritage Centre
- Clyne Gardens

Plans will be to meet at the Swansea Office for 12pm and then transport will go from the Office to whichever destination is planned for that week and return to the Swansea Office at the end.
