About the event

Rooted in Wellness Hike

A hike that combines nature education with yoga! Co-led by a Schools in Parks Specialist and a yoga instructor, this program explores the medicinal uses of plants while incorporating yoga poses inspired by their strength and structure.

Meet at the trailhead of the Live Oak Trail near the Visitor Center.

PROGRAM IS WEATHER DEPENDENT. Contact the park office to sign up: 910-326-4881.
