New Year, New initiative starting with ManClub! Looking to burn some of those mince pies off, all whilst boosting mental health? Then look no further 💪
We're launching "Mindful Motion" in partnership with Anytime Fitness Swadlincote to promote exercise helping with mental health! The first hour is lead by on of the onsite instructors, giving a structured programme ranging across different types of exercise, followed by an hour to talk, or to allow you to have space for free exercise. This all takes place in a private space, making it more comfortable for people :)
The first session is Friday 9th January, and will continue every week - all peer-led, so if you want to focus on specific exercises let us know and we can structure accordingly!
You don't need to be a member of the gym, and it is free to attend - making it accessible to all men ❤
