A FREE, safe, non-judgemental and non-competitive group that helps men with their mental health and physical wellbeing.

On this meet up, which is part of the #FeelGoodintheForest programme, there will be an option of either a chatty run of around 5-miles or a walk and talk of approx. 5-miles.
