Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying hands on or off the body and connects with the Universal life force energy that flows through and around us.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy" translating to "spiritually guided life force energy."
Transformational Reiki is based on the traditional Usui Reiki healing technique. As Reiki energy keeps evolving with the transformational vibrations and frequencies of the Ascension energy within the Universe we expand our own energy field. During the process of learning the basics of the traditional Reiki techniques, we begin to develop our own style of healing through our intuition. This intuitive connection raises our vibration and deepens our understanding of the healing process bringing in life changing and transformational healing.
We begin with learning to heal ourselves and then sharing this Universal Life force energy with loved ones and our pets. You can bless your food with this healing energy as well!

My journey with Energy Healing.
Reiki is usually the first step when beginning the healing journey and personal growth. I received my first attunement in 2012 when I was going through a difficult time in my life. I felt lost, but the Universe has a way of guiding us to our soul’s mission. When I received my first attunement, I felt a shift in my energy. It felt like a light igniting within me.
Since that first attunement, I became a Reiki Master in 2013 and then completed a 3-year Master Healer certification and I've been practicing energy healing since 2016. In 2020, I became a Reiki Master Teacher and have been sharing this amazing healing modality to those who wish to receive it to become an Energy Healing Practitioner or to share it with family, friends, or for their own self-healing routine.
