Thank you for your interest in the “Christmas PJ Party” Fundraiser Pageant for the Heart of Sutton Queens (WV Sweetheart Festival & Sutton Fall Festival). The pageant will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 3:30pm at the historic Landmark Studio for the Arts in Sutton, WV. Join the Heart of Sutton Queens for a wonderful cause to help us raise money for the Landmark Studio for the Arts, our festivals, scholarships, royalty expenses, etc.
The Pageant is open statewide with divisions ages 0 & Up. Each contestant will compete Pajama / Lounge Wear Only and will have the options of “Ugly Sweater” wear, Talent for an additional $10 each, and “Buddy & Me” for $5.
Pajama / Lounge Wear must be off the rack. Absolutely NO CUSTOM PAJAMAS / LOUNGE WEAR. If there is a question of whether it could be custom, do not wear it or put it on your child. “Ugly Sweater” wear can be off the rack or create your own.
Registration begins at 2:15pm and ends at 3:00pm. All Contestants must be ready for lineup at 3:15pm.
Entry fee is $45 if paid in full by Friday, October 31, 2025. If not paid by October 31, the entry fee goes up to $65. We will also be offering a $10 sibling discount. Applications and Payments Will Not Be Accepted after 11:59pm on Friday, November 21, 2025.
We will also be doing a food and toy drive. The contestants who collects the most of each will receive an additional crown and sash.
Contestants may also choose to bring a wrapped gift under $5 for their age division for a gift exchange.
The First Ten Full Paid Entries will get a Crown and Gift.
We Will Only Accept 40 Contestants into the pageant, NO EXCEPTIONS
The Age Divisions Will Be:
GIRLS (as of December 6, 2025)
Birth – 23 months
2 – 3 year olds
4 - 6 year olds
7 - 9 year olds
10 - 12 year olds
13 – 15 year olds
16 - 21 year olds
22 – 44 year olds
45 & Up
Mrs
0 – 4 year old Boys
5 & Up Boys
We will be crowning one Ultimate Grand Supreme, 2 Grand Supremes, 2 Mini Supremes, 2 Pajama Supremes, 2 Holiday Supremes, Age Division Supremes, and Pajama Kings & Queens. Don’t forget, in order to be eligible for the Braxton titles, you must mark it on the form and pay an additional $50.
Holiday Themed awards, crowns, holiday colored sashes, and more will awarded to all. Every contestant will receive a crown & sash.
Side awards will be given for best attire, best smile, most beautiful/handsome.
Overalls will be given for Best Attire, Best smile, Most Beautiful/handsome for $20 Winners will get a crown & gift.
One Natural & One Glitz Photogenic will be awarded and are $5 per picture winner will get a crown & gift. Photos must be uploaded with application.
Fan Favorite is $1.00 a vote winner will get a crown, sash, and gift.
