What Your Day May Include
Spend the day immersed in the workings of the farm as we guide you through the essentials of lambing time. You’ll learn about caring for ewes, recognising the signs of labour, and understanding the challenges farmers face during this busy season.
With lambing in full swing, you may have the chance to observe , or even assist with, a live birth. While nature always sets the schedule, every visit provides an authentic glimpse into real farm life.
You’ll also meet newborn lambs and their mothers, visit the nursery area, and help care for lambs requiring extra attention, including bottle feeding.
Throughout the experience, we’ll share insights into how the farm operates, daily animal care, and the realities of the lambing cycle. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and explore the wider farm environment.
A freshly prepared lunch and refreshments are provided to keep you fuelled for the day.
