Cleaned-Up Easter Brunch: Cooking & Nutrition Education Class
Celebrate Easter with a fresh, nourishing twist on classic brunch favorites. In this hands-on cooking and nutrition education class, we’ll reimagine a traditional Easter menu using real, whole-food ingredients that support blood sugar balance, digestion, and sustained energy—without sacrificing flavor or festivity.
Together, we’ll prepare a beautiful, cleaned-up Easter brunch featuring a paleo apple and honey–glazed ham, an easy egg soufflé pie, and a simple spring greens salad that highlights the best of the season. We’ll also enjoy a fun twist on spring forward mimosa using Munger Family Vineyard bubbly wine, designed to add a celebratory touch without refined sugars or artificial ingredients.
Throughout the session, we’ll discuss ingredient choices, simple preparation techniques, and nutrition-focused swaps that help make holiday meals feel lighter, more balanced, and satisfying. At the end of class, we’ll sit down together to taste and enjoy the full brunch in a relaxed, communal setting. You’ll also receive recipes to take home for all of the dishes prepared in class.
