Nature and History of New Jersey's Highest Point (for Everyone)

Join High Point’s Naturalist at the top of Kittatinny (High Point) Mountain to learn about the history and ecology of this unique landmark and complete scavenger hunt. For adults and kids ages five and up. If you would also like to make a simple kite that will help you get a feel for the wind, stop by the Interpretive Center (about a half mile below the Monument) between 12:30 to 2:30 PM. Registration via Eventbrite is required. In the event of inclement weather this program may be revised and moved indoors or cancelled. Registered participants will be notified. Meet by the concession stand between the parking area and the Monument.
