Our cider, made from juice pressed from apples grown in our own orchards, is the result of care, craftsmanship, and natural ingredients. It's a high-quality, all-natural product we take great pride in – and we’re excited to bring it to Australia.
During the evening, you’ll discover how cider is made in our region, learn about the different styles we produce, and, of course, taste them yourself. Specially selected snacks will be served to perfectly complement the ciders. We’ll also highlight opportunities to visit our cideries and apple orchards, presenting the Baltic Sea region as a unique culinary tourism destination. It’s a wonderful chance to meet the makers in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and to gain a deeper insight into the world of authentic craft cider.
Encouraged by success at international competitions and fairs, cider makers from Estonia, Latvia and Finland have joined forces to launch a shared marketing initiative, bringing Baltic Cider to the Australian market. The project unites the Latvian Country Tourism Association, the Estonian Rural Tourism Organisation, and passionate cider producers from across the region — all committed to making real cider from natural ingredients.
