Surrey/Langley SITP - The Flat Earth Community

For some odd reason, Flat Earth believers are on the increase and oddly Brazil has the highest proportion of believers at about 7%, with the US pulling up second at about 3%. But why? What is influencing people to throw away everything they learned in middle school in favor of possible ridicule, and why do they fight so hard to return to that understanding? Is there any evidence we can share and agree on? What can we say/do to pull people back into the fold?

I find it so interesting that some Flat Earthers refuse to understand, or that they do but still refuse to accept that the earth is a ball-shaped. Instead they look to dismiss without cause any evidence of a round Earth. AKA: "NASA is lying to us." "The "Final Experiment" used a fake sun to fake their proof." It goes on and on.
