We are excited to announce that Jamghat 2025 will be hosted by the Nepal Cultural Society of British Columbia (NCSBC) on August 30, and 31st 2025, at Bear Creek Park, Surrey British Columbia. We warmly invite your community to participate in this vibrant celebration of culture, sports, and friendship. This year’s celebration will be extra special, as it will also include our Kite Flying Festival – Changa Chet at Royal Kwantlen Park, featuring cultural performances, music, and dance, in addition to our exciting sports competitions.
Event Schedule
August 30, 2025 – Opening Games & Light Snacks (Bear Creek Park)
August 30, 2025 – Changa Chet at Royal Kwantlen Park
Kite Flying Competition – Changa Chet at Royal Kwantlen Park
🪁 Registration required for kite flying participants
August 31, 2025 – Main Picnic starting at 1:00 PM at Bear Creek Park

🏞 Picnic will be held in the Picnic Shelter at Bear Creek Park
