Day Retreat (August)

Dear Dhamma Relatives and Friends,

This month's day retreat will be on Sunday, August 31, 2025, from 9 am to 5 pm at MTBS (Surrey Monastery).

Ko Wai Phyo Maung & Ma Mya Theingi Mon family will generously donate lunch for Sayadaw U Sanda and yogis on that day.

Yogis intending to participate are requested to register at least 3 days in advance by email at bXRic2NhbmFkYSB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t. You could also call Sayadaw U Sanda, at 604 951 9054, 3 days in advance to register as well.

Please follow the guidelines for yogis (attached).
