Our programs are hands on, fun, silly, educational and memorable. You are guaranteed to learn a LOT, have a few laughs, and leave Honeybee Centre ready to bee a Bee Hero!
Our Home Learners Programs are recommended for children 6+, Candle Making programs are for children 7+. We encourage parents to stay and participate, but you can also drop off and pick-up.
During this 1.5 to 2 hour class, each paid participant will pour one medium skull candle with a rolled centre + one ghost candle.
While your candles are drying we will learn about honeybees with a focus on how beeswax is made and rendered.
Cost: $50 (per child, child can bring one adult, see notes below)
NOTES:
- Candle Classes are recommended for children 7+.
- Each paid child can bring one adult for free - adults will not be making their own candles.
- This session is limited to paid guests + adults ONLY - sorry, no younger siblings.
