Join us at the Honeybee Centre for a hands-on experience in beekeeping.

Learn all about beekeeping and what it takes to keep bees and produce honey sustainably in your own backyard!

Sunday from 9am-5pm

*Learn from experts how to keep bees yourself. Designed for anyone interested in beekeeping—whether it’s two hives in your backyard or 50+ in a semi-commercial beekeeping operation. Over two classroom-based days, you’ll learn about biology and the management tasks you can expect to encounter in a basic beekeeping operation, and much more.

One Guests - $249+tax & Eventbrite Fees ($279.99)

Two Guests - $445+tax & Eventbrite Fees ($500)

Your course registration includes our three supplemental workshops through the year and beekeeping manual ‘Beekeeping in Western Canada’.
