And just like that, year 12 of our annual cancer fundraiser is upon us. It is the honor of my life to host this special event each and every year and I am most grateful for the support and love you give to Zumbathon®. Together we have raised over $78,000 for the BC Cancer Foundation and it won’t be long until we blow the roof off of $100,000.
Every year we seem to outdo ourselves with over 200 people moving, sweating, and smiling all in the name of Cancer. There is nothing that we cannot do when we come together to fight as one. If you’ve been lucky enough to attend, it is a night of energy and emotion and I would be most honored to welcome you to experience this one of a kind evening. Our commitment has not slowed down. It will not slow down. This is our yearly promise. I invite you to join myself and my wonderful team of instructors on this quest to make this year the biggest year yet. Let’s do this!!
I cannot wait to see you all! It will be an uplifting, energy-pumping, night to remember! Wear your BRIGHTEST ATTIRE to kick Cancer’s butt as we dance in the hopes of one day finding a cure. This year’s funds will go towards the Patient Care & Comfort Fund, aimed at providing direct assistance to those who need it most right now.
