Experience deep relaxation and inner stillness in our Yoga Nidra class, also known as βyogic sleep.β This guided meditation practice takes place lying down in a comfortable position, allowing your body to fully rest while your mind gently journeys through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques.
Yoga Nidra is ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep, and supporting emotional healing. It has also been shown to be especially beneficial for those recovering from past trauma or living with PTSD, helping to calm the nervous system and create a sense of safety and balance from within.
No movement or prior experience is neededβjust come as you are, ready to unwind, reset, and reconnect with your inner peace.
Bring your water and anything that will comfort you. We have blankets, bolsters, blocks and mats.
