� A special delegation of major assessment developments has been approved—and let me tell you, this isn’t just a southern Gold Coast issue. This decision impacts our ENTIRE city! The new process allows only *four individual people*—Mayor Tate, Deputy Mayor Hamel, CEO Tim Baker, and one council officer—to give the green light for these developments. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! �
