SUP Yoga Sessions (June)
We hope you can join us for SUP Yoga Sessions this Summer!
Open to ALL, these on-water Yoga sessions begin with a brief on-land demo of the paddling basics. Then, you are professionally Guided out to a sand-bottom, semi-shallow location (15-min. paddle) that is appropriate for anchoring boards and led through a wonderfully therapeutic, invigorating and relaxing practice on the water! Approx. 1.5 Hrs $45/person
