Would you like to release your inner “glitterati”?
Join the “cool ghouls” at Arts Off Center and design your own Sugar Skull inspired works of art. Participants will choose from a wide selection of patterned papers, feathers, paint, trims, sparkly things and glitter and create a one of a kind mixed media piece to enjoy not only at Halloween, but all year round! All materials supplied.
