Leading with Integrity, Values, and Emotional Wisdom is a dynamic, multi-session workshop series designed to cultivate emotional intelligence and ethical leadership. Participants will engage in self-assessments, reflective exercises, and interactive discussions to explore key emotional intelligence components such as self-awareness, assertiveness, empathy, and stress tolerance. Through real-world applications, role plays, and guided practice, the series builds toward understanding the role of values and integrity in leadership. Each session deepens participants’ ability to lead with authenticity, navigate workplace dynamics, and foster inclusive, values-driven environments.
