Crying in H Mart Book Club - 55+

Join us for a discussion of Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner, a moving memoir about family, food, grief, and identity. In this bestselling book, musician Michelle Zauner recounts her experience growing up Korean American, her complex relationship with her mother, and the loss she faces after her mother’s death. Through stories of food, culture, and caregiving, Crying in H Mart explores how we hold on to love, memory, and tradition in the face of change. Participants are encouraged to engage in deep reflection and share their own memories of food, culture, and caregiving as we discuss this book. Books are provided.
