Our AGM will be held on Sunday 21st September. Meeting will start at 9am sharp. Allowing time for all to enjoy breakfast prior to the meeting.
Our venue will be the North Shore Tavern, 698 David Low Way Pacific Paradise.
We had a great breakfast there last couple of years
For the southern end of the coast, members will be meeting at Autobarn Kawana at 7.15am and leaving 7.30am for a cruise to the venue, northern and and all others are welcome to meet us there around 8am.
Buffet breakfast is $15.90 per head, the Tavern is known for its weekend breakfast. Car park is a generous size, plus on street parking available.

All executive committee positions, along with events coordinator will be declared vacant and nominations be accepted before and on the day, nomination form will be sent with email.we will be seeking 2 dedicated sub members to support the event coordinator.
Nominations will also be sought for a sponsorship coordinator and a fundraising coordinator.
Renewals and new members can pay on the day, either cash, bank transfer or EFTPOS.
Please reply to club email, for rsvp, numbers will not be accepted by Facebook comments as we will have to provide numbers for catering for the venue.
