This premier community event brings together 500+ runners, walkers, families, and health enthusiasts to support FLIPANY’s work of empowering under-resourced communities through nutrition education, wellness programs, and increased access to healthy meals across South Florida. More than a run, it’s a movement—together, we can take steps toward a healthier, stronger future for the community.

The FLIPANY 5K is a professionally timed race with participation medals, and all registered participants enjoy a complimentary race day breakfast—welcoming runners and walkers of all levels.
