Elemental Flow invites you to our weekly pool-based fitness classes led by expert instructors who guide participants through underwater boxing & chakra-inspired movements. . These no-impact workouts are designed for all ages and fitness levels welcoming everyone to join. Our mission is to nurture both body and mind through unique water-based experiences. Every Sunday 9am to 10am in Sunrise.

Who are the instructors?

Ivana is a body positivity coach who's focus is somatic movement and building strength and flexibility.

Sometimes Ivana will be accompanied by Hollie Dunaway pro boxing world champion who teaches boxing while you hit only water for the perfect amount of resistance & no impact. 

How long is the class

1 hour. Sundays 9am to 10am. We also offer An aquatic fitness class Mondays at 5:00 PM with JP.

Do the instructors offer private training?

Yes. All 3 of our trainers offer private training at a time of your convenience. Single private sessions cost $50. Or you could buy a package of 4 private training sessions for $149
