Aquatic Fitness Weekly Monday Class
Join JP for a refreshing and energizing aquatic fitness and stretching session! Dive into a fun workout that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the day. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro this class is suitable for all levels. So grab your swimsuit or fitted clothing and get ready to make a splash! Get in shape and socialize while staying cool. We also have resistance bands if you'd prefer to workout with us poolside and stay dry.

What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 9:30am Mondays. Class starts at 10am.
What should I bring?
Bring a water towel a dry change of clothes and either a swimsuit or comfortable fitted exercise clothing.
What are my payment options?
You can also pay at the door using cash. We also have QR codes posted so you can pay using zelle cash app or other online payment options.
