test .ics attachment

This is a test event to check if old calendar expires in email (the .ics file) when an event is postponed on a new date and a broadcast message is sent to all the ticket buyers and with correct time zone a new calender is sent to them. Or if an event is canceled in that case too the older calender with the older date of event should expires and be removed form the user's calender.
