Red Cross Babysitting Course

Join us on May 16, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, for the Red Cross Babysitting Course! Gain essential skills, build confidence, and get certified!

For YOUTH ages 11 -16 , this certified course teaches future babysitters how to be safe while also building confidence.
Brought to you by the Red Cross Babysitting Course.
Course Skills Include:
•Being a responsible babysitter.
•Managing difficult behaviors.
•Learning safety and preventing injury.
•Handling an emergency – should one happen.
•Leadership and professional conduct as a babysitter.
•Preparing simple, nutritious meals.
•Feeding a baby, changing diapers, and performing other important childcare skills.
•First Aid content: Check. Call, Care. And much more.

Children must be 11 years old (or within a month of turning 11 years old). Children need to bring a doll or a stuffed animal (clothes and diapers for them to practice on is supplied). Lunch is included.
