Sound Healing Meditation

Please join us for our monthly Sacred Sound Bath. Settle into a sacred space where rhythmic sound as ancient medicine, becomes your entry point of inner transformation. This is a deeply immersive experience with potent vibrational sound waves of Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, Gongs and other high frequency instruments. This event is designed to gently assist you to rest in your body, dissolving stress and tension, while smoothing out stagnant energy restoring inner balance and clarity. Each sound is intentionally orchestrated to guide you to reconnect to your heart, to your soul essence, your body, and to awaken and expand states of awareness leaving you feeling more energetically aligned to yourself.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring pillows and blankets to create your cozy energetic cocoon for your time of relaxation and renewal.
